  • Need to call to verify the payment. Unless payment is made 5-6 hours before telemedicine appointment time, appointment will not be confirmed
  • Patient can send his/her Investigations prior to TM for doctor assessment to appointment@uhlbd.com

What to Expect ?

  • A proper consultation will be provided by the doctor as the confirmed time slot will be reserved for the patient and no other patient will be attended to during that time
  • Basis the reports shared, the doctor can suggest the next steps including other tests which are required for proper diagnosis of patient's condition
  • In case of a surgery or treatment recommendation made by the doctor, the patient must visit the doctor before actually opting for that surgery or treatment

What not to Expect ?

  • Prescription will be sent through E mail given by you.
  • No new diagnosis will be made if a physical, psychological, or both assessments are necessary (that can only be done with patient physically present in the room)

A : Sorry, If you change your mind to have the Telemedicine, then we cannot give you a refund but we can change the Telemedicine appointment or the Consultant with your recommendation.
